Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a different size or product entirely?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all of the information in your order to ensure getting a great enjoyment of the product once it is received. Thank you.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

Please refer to our size chart. There are no exchanges allowed so please make sure that you refer to the size chart for each item before you purchase it.

What shipping carrier do you use? 

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

How can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the USPS wesbsite and enter the tracking numbers to track the process of your order.

When will I receive my order?

Each order has a different time-frame, please read the description of your respectively bought product on it’s own product page for shipping time info.

I do not live in the United States, can I place an order?

Yes. In addition to the United States, we ship almost everywhere in the world including 245 different countries. Make sure to select this option when in checkout to ship to your specific designation.
